【摘要】为应对现在抽油机多品种,少批量,模块化的需求现状,找出不同型号不同尺寸的抽油机零部件的相关性,把相同名称不同尺寸的零部件设计成若干模块。经模块化设计出的抽油机各个零部件模块,经过一定的形式组装,能组装成各种不同型号的抽油机。从而使设计、绘图的工作量变小,加工的零件,工装夹具的数量减少;进而使每一台抽油机的制造成本降低,增强零部件的通用性,提高生产效率。偏置式抽油机与常规抽油机相比,曲柄上有一个偏置角.使抽机的扭矩平衡性能更好,有效的提高抽油机的工作性能和工作效率,节约能源。

The Design of the API Offset PumpingUnit
【Abstract】 Finding out the relativity of the elements and components of different models and different sizes’ pumping unit for the present pumping unit demand situation, and design certain modules of different sizes’ element and component with the same name. Through the certain form’s assembly of the modules of the pumping unit’s element and component designed by Modular design method, We can fit out each kind of different model pumping unit. Thus, we can not only make the designing and the drawing work become smaller, the quantity of the element to process and the clamping for making elements and assembling machines become less, but also reduce the production cost , enhance versatility of elements and components of the pumping unit and get a higher production efficiency. Comparing to the conventional pumping unit, there is a offset angle on the crank on the offset pumping unit .This causes pumping unit to get a better torque balance performance, improve the operating performance and the working efficiency of the pumping unit effectively, and saving energy too.
