Automotive Collision Avoidance System Based on GPS
摘 要
随着社会经济和交通系统发展的日益加快，近年来汽车数量急剧增多，高速公路的数量也急剧增加，而高速公上的车流量也随之增加，随之而来的高速公路交通事故也高居不下，避免不必要的事故发生和财产损失，减少在高速公路上的碰撞事故发生已成亟待解决的问题之。
本文根据GPS技术将采集在高速公路中行驶的车辆的位置、速度等参数，对可能发生事故的车辆发出预警，提示驾驶员。本文使用分组无线业务（GPRS）作为通信网络，以Server 2000数据库作为数据库支持，用VB进行分析操作。

Abstract
As social and economic development and transportation systems is accelerating, the sharp increase in the number of cars in recent years, a sharp increase in the number of highways, and traffic on the expressway also increase, followed by highway traffic accidents also remains high, to avoid unnecessary accidents and property losses, reduce crashes on the highway has become urgent to solve the problem.
Based on GPS technology to collect vehicles on the highway in the position, velocity and other parameters of the vehicle accidents that may occur early warning, prompt drivers. This article uses GPRS as the communication network and Server 2000 database as database support. VB analysis data.
